"Location Tax"
This is a tax on 'location, location,
location'. As the population increases
and/or the money supply increases and/or the infrastructure expands, the value
of a "location" increases without effort by the owner. A locotax on this
community-enhanced increase is
distributed equally to all hereditors - that's us. Location-rich owners pay more than they get;
the rest of us get more than we pay.
"Tax and Divvy"
To tax a scarce resource - ex: "location, location,
location" - and to distribute the proceeds
equally to all hereditors - that's us!.
